Ad Success Representative

  • Become the “right hand person” of your Client Partner pod assisting in all facets of the sales cycle for their most strategic accounts

  • Become an expert in client’s ad products, effectively identifying and matching the right ad products, targeting and measurement solutions for each advertising client across buying-channels

  • Work independently to identify campaign optimizations and create compelling media plans and reports to help your Client Partners close and upsell their book of business

  • Help grow ads revenue by identifying and recommending campaign upsell opportunities to your Client Partners

  • Troubleshoot campaign trafficking, delivery and measurement issues across Direct, Programmatic and self-serve buying channels, and work cross functionally as needed to resolve

  • Join client-facing meetings with Client Partners and communicate directly with their clients via email as directed and needed

  • Meet and exceed SLA targets

  • Build a supportive global team community

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales support role where you were responsible for driving revenue and managing an account list or pipeline (either your own or on behalf of a Client Partner), ideally with a background in marketing, advertising, and/or from an agency background

  • Minimum of 2 years experience with Ad Sales (e.g. Ad Ops, CSM, Sales Planner, Campaign Manager, Account Manager, or client-facing Ad Sales team)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flawless written and spoken English communication skills

  • Highly organized and able to work under pressure in a busy and collaborative environment

  • Strong time management and prioritization skills. Able to multitask and stay detail oriented

  • Ability to work autonomously and report back on progress on a daily basis

  • Proven experience with Gsuite (Gsheets, Gslides) and Microsoft Suite (Excel)

  • Experience with ticketing systems (Salesforce Cases, Jira)
