WORK YOU’LL DO
· Design Develop, Unit Test & Document robust Salesforce solutions, leveraging Salesforce declarative (Creating Fields, Objects, Actions, Sharing Rules, Profiles, Permission sets, Processes, Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, Omni Scripts, Flexcard, Data Raptor and Integration Procedure etc.) or programmatic tools (Apex, SOQL, Visualforce, Lightning, Aura components)
· Act as a mentor to your colleagues, be a learning path guide, encourage best practices, review, and propose self-development activities.
· Stay on top of Salesforce ecosystem latest trends, progress the Salesforce Certification path, keep your Trailhead profile impressive.
· This role is in our Local ATCs (Toronto) and will require on-site work 2-3 days per week
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
- Eligibility for Reliability Security Clearance
- Minimum 5 years of experience with Salesforce development using declarative and programmatic technique and custom development using Apex, LWC, LWR, Aura and Omni Studio
- Salesforce Platform Developer I Certification
- Experience with Salesforce.com REST / SOAP Web Services, Event and Bulk API’s. and writing Apex Batch Class & Test Class.
- Hands on experience with Omni script, Flexcard, Data Raptor, Integration Procedure and Flows
- Experience with Salesforce Service Cloud and Experience Cloud
- Experience in Agile Delivery Methodology is highly preferred.
- Good knowledge in Salesforce Deployment methodology using Azure DevOps and other DevOps tools.
- Accessibility by Design and Knowledge in WCAG 2.1 Accessibility requirements is preferred.
- Frontend Development experience using LWC, CSS, JavaScript & HTML
Preferred Qualifications:
- Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance preferable
- Salesforce Public Sector Solution Implementation experience is highly preferred.
- Salesforce Platform Developer II Certification
- Salesforce JavaScript Developer Certification
- Good understanding of Object-Oriented Programming
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Salesforce Administrator, App Builder, Product or Architect Certifications
- Experience with any of core technologies and programming languages will be considered as an advantage: Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, SQL, REST, SOAP, HTML, CSS
- Knowledge of Apex Data Loader and Salesforce DX
