You are:
A passionate copy expert that is well versed in pharma regulatory compliance. You know how to get patients and health care providers to act through your creative understanding of bridging business objectives with audience needs. You consider yourself as a self-starter who writes clear, engaging content in a variety of voices and tones. A natural communicator who is adept at capturing interest and building trust.
You have experience with developing copy for the life sciences industry, across brands and manufacturers. You know how to collaborate and innovate with Art Directors, Designers and brands to take content to the next level and grow engagement numbers through creating relevant experiences. Listen deeply. The Work:
Conceptualize and create copy for world-class print and digital channels
Present work in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the strategic objectives of the project and offers a clear rationale as to how the copy supports those objectives
Own the copy development of all assigned projects from conceptual stage working with the design, account and client teams to ensure all content is compliant with FDA, and/or PAAB, requirements based on available research studies, claims are properly annotated, grammar and spelling are of a high quality throughout all phases of the process from concepts to final copy
Leverage available brand guidelines to ensure all content is aligned to brand tone, voice and to targeted customer segments
Revise copy based on feedback from account, client and compliance teams and ensure updates are made within schedule requirements to maintain timelines
Ability to leverage Gen AI platforms and tools when applicable to create content
Ability to develop SEO optimized content for digital channels to maintain and/or increase discoverability and ranking
Qualifications
Here’s What You’ll Need:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in medical copy development
Proven success in copywriting to drive action among audiences (HCPs, patients, caregivers, etc.)
Creative portfolio for both print and digital channels
Experience in pharmaceutical marketing to HCPs and patients
Ability to work within teams, manage timelines and deliver high quality work
FDA content submission experience
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
A University degree is required for this position
Bonus Points If:
PAAB content experience
Preferred experience in working within vaccine type products and brands
An understanding in how to engage Healthcare Professionals and Patient audiences to motivate and drive action and engagement
A strong eye for visual composition and a strong sense of design, with the ability to create and execute broad creative vision
Well versed in pharma regulatory compliance for developing a wide range of HCP and patient facing materials
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors , which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in selected locations.
