We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Inside Sales Account Representative focused on improving the hygiene and accuracy of customer and contact data. This role involves researching customer information across multiple platforms and systems to ensure records are correct, complete, and aligned with Microsoft segmentation and account management standards.

You will enrich global account databases with relevant business and contact information based on the assigned geographic region and supported language. The goal is to provide accurate, high-quality account data to customer engagement teams (Customer Lifecycle Managers, Solution Area Specialists), enabling effective and targeted customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and collect valid and up-to-date contact information from online sources based on a defined list of accounts.

  • Enrich global databases with accurate customer and business data aligned to the assigned geographic region and supported language.

  • Ensure data quality and accuracy by adhering to internal profile guidelines and processes when entering data into CRM systems.

  • Support campaign execution by targeting account lists selected by Project Managers or Microsoft sales and operations stakeholders.

  • Apply segmentation logic to ensure accounts are properly classified according to Microsoft’s segmentation and account management framework.

  • Provide high-quality, validated account data to internal teams to enable effective customer outreach and engagement.

Job Requirements:

  • Fluency in German and English (spoken and written)

  • At least 6 months of experience in customer service, data acquisition, sales, or marketing

  • Minimum high school diploma

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, O365)

  • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a strong plus
