You are:
A consultant that other consultants admire. You’ve spent years helping clients use data, analytics and AI to make their companies more effective and more efficient. Clients listen to you and rely on you to guide them through crucial data-led digital transformations.
The work:
- Work with clients to understand how data, analytics and AI can help their businesses (e.g. retail, financial services, health or government)
- Be a thought leader for data analytics and AI that fit your industry specialization
- Help generate insights and recommendations for clients
- Guide the early stages of data and analytical transformations including experience in building data & AI strategies, operating models, value realization frameworks, data governance, responsible AI and/or use case ideation and design
- Help senior clients understand and use data-driven strategies in new ways
- Get data, analytics and AI projects across the line for clients
- Manage and motivate teams
Qualifications
Here’s what you need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative and/or business focused field like statistics, econometrics, mathematics, engineering, commerce
- Leading the delivery of data, analytics and AI programs across the use of end-to-end capabilities to enable business outcomes and value realization. This can include strategy formulation, cloud adoption, data engineering, data migration, visualization and/or data science techniques such as machine learning
- At least 5 years of consulting background and experience helping clients, building strategies, designing and using data and analytics, especially in a professional services environment
- At least 5 years running business transformation and data related projects
- At least 3+ years' experience with major cloud technologies – conceptual (helping enable end-to-end data journeys in the cloud
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's
- activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
- Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions (how to take data and insights turning them into action and business value for clients)
- Experience in foundational data capabilities such as data management, data governance, and data architecture
- Ability to understand and apply statistical methods and outputs to create client value in a business context
- Experience with evolving approaches and technologies such as Generative AI, Machine Learning, Cognitive Systems, and Robotics
- Handling different projects at the same time comes easily to you
- English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language.
