Role:
The immediate focus will be on a major S/4HANA brownfield transformation program involving system conversion from ECC to S/4HANA, along with a parallel transformation of SAP PI/PO interfaces to SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP-IS). The Security Lead will play a key role in defining and implementing the security framework across both on-prem and cloud environments, ensuring compliance, segregation of duties, and secure user access.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the overall SAP Security workstream for S/4HANA system conversion and BTP enablement.
• Analyze current ECC roles and design the target S/4HANA role concept, including simplification and remediation aligned with SAP best practices.
• Define and implement user access management strategy across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and Fiori.
• Coordinate with functional and technical teams to support secure access for custom applications, Fiori tiles, and integrations.
• Drive security design and integration for SAP BTP Integration Suite (BTP-IS) interfaces and services.
• Implement and manage role-based access controls (RBAC), including firefighter access and emergency access processes.
• Support audit and compliance activities, including SoD checks, access reviews, and GRC integration (if applicable).
• Ensure secure provisioning of users during testing phases (DEV, QA, PROD) and across project waves.
• Collaborate with BASIS, identity management, and cloud infrastructure teams to align security practices.
• Prepare cutover security plans and post-go-live support documentation.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
• 8–10 years of SAP Security experience, including at least 2 S/4HANA projects.
• Proven experience in SAP role redesign/migration in S/4HANA environments.
• Strong knowledge of Fiori app security and launchpad configurations.
• Experience with GRC Access Control / Identity Access Governance implementation required.
• Experience with SAP BTP security concepts, including subaccount setup, trust configuration, and service-level access.
• Hands-on experience with cloud integration scenarios.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Industry-recognized Professional Security certification (e.g. CISSP).

• Exceptional interpersonal and client relationship-building skills.
• High-level proficiency in problem-solving and multitasking.
