Description of Role and Practice
As a Senior Manager / Director for Wealth & Asset Management, you will bring your industry expertise, operating at the intersection of business and technology, to create value for our clients. We are looking for our future leaders today to help leading banks, wealth and asset management firms to shape their digital strategy, business transformation, sustainability agenda and technology modernization. As part of the team, you will be working for some of the largest Financial Institutions in the Nordics with a variety of project opportunities across the capital markets ecosystem.
In your role at Accenture you will be responsible for selling and delivering successful consulting engagements addressing our clients’ business challenges, delivering lasting and distinctive outcomes and value in disciplines such as:
Operating Model transformation
Digital & AI Transformation
Emerging Products and Services
Core systems transformation
Risk & Regulatory compliance

Lead and manage project teams, ensure successful delivery of projects, delivery of value-driven recommendations, knowledge transfer and effective advisory
Develop and manage high-performing multidisciplinary teams, mentor and coach junior colleagues.
Engage with the broader Accenture Financial Services community, as well as other Accenture organization groups to foster collaboration and support growth and development of the business and bring the best of Accenture to our clients
Develop, define, and implement strategies to help our clients solve their most critical problems

Job requirements
You bring at least 10 years of working experience, preferably at a recognized consulting firm or from a similar role in the industry. You demonstrate consulting sales experience or other relevant sales experience. With a proven track-record of leading various project deliveries in financial services, you are equipped to succeed and grow at Accenture. It is important, that you are curious about how new trends and technologies are shaping the world, financial services and our clients. As a person, you strive in a truly diverse and international environment where collaboration is essential. You have strong communication skills and are a dynamic presenter with the ability to convey technology and business value propositions. In addition, you have a proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment where perseverance, a can-do attitude and curiosity are key characteristics. Ideally, you speak at least one of the Nordic languages and it is expected that you are already based in Denmark.
An excellent understanding of the capital markets industry, across a range of client segments, offerings, and businesses, with a focus on wealth and asset management, and existing relationships in the industry
Understanding of the core technology platforms in use in the industry is highly meriting (e.g. Calypso, Murex, Finastra, Avaloq, Aladdin, Charles River, SimCorp, BlackRock, FNZ)
Solve complex, ambiguous business, change and technology problems, bringing structure and rigorous analysis and planning, acting, and taking decisions without management oversight
Entrepreneur-attitude; having managed towards & delivered on a balanced set of metrics including customer relationship, sales & profitability, people development and capability building.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Danish
Master´s degree or equivalent with excellent academic results
Ability to travel in the Nordics as the role spans the Nordic countries
