Summary: As a Technology Delivery Lead, you will manage the delivery of large and complex technology projects. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure project scope and risk are effectively managed. You will drive profitability by overseeing service quality and cost, while also supporting sales through innovative solutions and excellence in delivery. Your role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to achieving project goals through effective team management and collaboration. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment on project objectives. - Mentor junior professionals to enhance their skills and contribute to team success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development. - Strong understanding of software development life cycle methodologies. - Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Familiarity with back-end frameworks and databases. - Ability to design and implement scalable and maintainable applications. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in Java Full Stack Development. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
