Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your day will involve troubleshooting, resolving technical issues, and ensuring seamless operation of applications. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. - Proactively identify and resolve application issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for applications. - Implement best practices for application support and maintenance. - Participate in on-call support rotation for critical incidents. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with DevOps. - Strong understanding of cloud computing principles. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in Azure environments. - Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools for Azure services. - Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages like PowerShell. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure IaaS. - This position is based at our Bengaluru office. - A 15 years full-time education is required.15 years full time education
