Summary: As a Software Development Lead, you will be responsible for developing and configuring software systems, applying knowledge of technologies, methodologies, and tools to support projects or clients in Mumbai. You will lead a team in delivering high-quality solutions and ensuring project success. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME - Collaborate and manage the team to perform - Responsible for team decisions - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams - Lead the team in developing and configuring software systems - Ensure the application of technologies, methodologies, and tools - Provide guidance and support to team members Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle - Experience in leading software development projects - Knowledge of various programming languages and frameworks - Hands-on experience in system configuration and deployment Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition - This position is based at our Mumbai office - A 15 years full time education is required15 years full time education
