Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead to spearhead the implementation of Blue Yonder Factory Planner for strategic manufacturing clients. The ideal candidate will bring deep functional expertise in factory planning and solid technical knowledge of Blue Yonder’s planning architecture, MOCA framework, and integration methodologies. You will lead end-to-end solution delivery, working closely with client stakeholders, business users, and technical teams to ensure successful deployments and business adoption. Roles & Responsibilities : - Lead Blue Yonder Factory Planner implementation projects including scoping, requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. - Collaborate with client’s business teams to understand production planning requirements, constraints, and process nuances. - Translate functional requirements into technical specifications and work with developers and integration teams to deliver complete solutions. - Configure Blue Yonder Factory Planner based on best practices to support factory sequencing, constraint-based planning, pegging, and order prioritization. - Drive MOCA/Java-based customization and scripting as needed for planning rules or integration logic. - Own and drive defect triage, root cause analysis, and SIT/UAT support during all testing phases. - Facilitate data mapping and migration from legacy systems; validate data accuracy and system readiness. - Mentor junior consultants and ensure quality delivery across all project phases. - Liaise with Blue Yonder CoE or product support teams for solution optimization or issue resolution. - Ensure alignment with overall transformation program timelines and deliverables. Professional & Technical Experience : - 7–10 years of overall experience, with at least 3–5 years in Blue Yonder Factory Planner implementation. - Deep functional knowledge in manufacturing planning, shop floor constraints, pegging strategies, and MPS/MRP processes. - Solid hands-on experience with MOCA commands, database structures, and integration with upstream (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and downstream systems. - Experience working in end-to-end Blue Yonder implementation projects – from design to go-live. - Strong SQL knowledge and ability to debug planning outputs and performance. - Familiarity with integration tools like Mulesoft, SAP PI/PO, or custom APIs is a plus. - Exposure to demand planning, supply planning, or control tower modules is advantageous. - Excellent communication, client-facing, and team management skills.15 years full time education
