Join our Talent & Organisation (T&O) practice and help clients solve their most pressing people and change challenges — shaping future-ready organisations built for adaptability, agility, and sustainable growth.
Whether you join as a Consultant or a Manager, you’ll work on complex workforce and HR transformations across industries — from designing strategy to delivering lasting change.
As a Consultant, you’ll collaborate closely with clients and colleagues to design and deliver solutions, develop your consulting skills, and contribute to impactful transformation programs.
As a Manager, you’ll lead project teams, guide clients as a trusted advisor, and take ownership for delivering outcomes and growing talent within the practice.
What You’ll Do
Contribute to or lead (depending on level) the design and delivery of talent, workforce, and organisational strategies that enable business transformation.
Build strong client relationships and operate as a trusted advisor across people, culture, and change programs.
Identify and shape future skill and capability needs across industries and workforce segments.
Deliver strategic workforce planning and operating model design informed by data and technology.
Drive change management and HR transformation engagements from design through implementation.
Support business development activities — from proposal writing to client presentations and account growth.
Contribute to internal practice development by creating frameworks, methodologies, and thought leadership.
What We’re Looking For
Consultants: Minimum 2 years’ relevant experience, ideally with exposure to a consulting environment.
Managers: Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 1 year in a consulting firm.

Experience delivering projects in one or more of the following areas:
Organisational Change Management
HR Transformation / Digital HR
Operating Model and Organisation Design
Talent & Workforce Strategy
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
A proactive mindset and passion for helping clients and teams thrive in a world of change.
