Job Description
As a Workday Integrations Lead your primary responsibilities may include:
Comprehend data integrations from point-to-point systems as well as holistic interchange services rendering effective data quality and dependable exchanges of digital information
Identify, assess, and solve complex business problems for integrating the Workday cloud application with external applications across a wide array of Financial & HCM functional areas, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code base including Studio, EIB and supporting 3rd party coding
Collaborate with client and 3rd parties to develop technical solutions that support business processes
Closely follow the strategic direction set by client leadership when establishing Workday project goals
Collaborate with client counterparts to deliver shared objectives (including design and build activities)
Responsible for timely identification and escalation of risks and development of alternative technical and functional approaches when necessary
Has some latitude in decision-making - acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.

Qualifications
Here’s what you need:

Existing and up to date Workday Integrations Partner Certification
-
2+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Senior Analyst, Consultant, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
-
3+ years of experience in the application of modern integration technologies (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware)1+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation

1+ year of experience with Workday Financials transactions and integrations

1+ year hands-on Workday Integrations experience & 1 Full lifecycle Workday Integrations Implementation

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
