As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact by:
Provide consultative sales guidance, educating prospects on product features, use cases, and pricing options
Deliver compelling product walkthroughs or live demos where applicable
Manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide feedback and enhance the customer experience
Achieve or exceed monthly targets for conversion rates, qualified opportunities, and closed deals
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product developments, market trends, and competitive landscape
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in SaaS sales, customer success, or a consultative selling role
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven track record of working with small to mid-sized businesses (SMBs)
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills, build rapport, and trust quickly
Ability to understand technical products and explain them in simple, business-focused terms
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales engagement tools
Comfortable in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Collaborative, self-starter attitude with a passion for helping customers succeed
Flexibility to adapt to different hours of operation.
