Job Summary:
We are seeking a Senior Engagement & Loyalty Lead under the Technical Delivery Manager (TDM) track for Digital Banking initiatives, specifically within GRB (Group Retail Banking). This role is ideal for someone who excels in stakeholder engagement, Agile delivery, and cross-functional squad management, while bringing a technical edge in full-stack development and DevOps practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage 2 Agile squads (>15 resources total), ensuring consistent delivery of test data management and loyalty-related features.
Act as a key liaison between business, development, and QA teams, aligning test data needs with product delivery timelines.
Own and drive Agile practices within squads, facilitating sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, and ensuring backlog grooming.
Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of digital engagement and loyalty projects, including reward systems, customer segmentation, and campaign integration.
Manage stakeholder expectations and provide management reporting on progress, blockers, and team performance.
Collaborate on DevOps, CI/CD automation, and integration across multiple platforms and services.
Ensure test data provisioning strategies are aligned with privacy, masking, and reuse standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Platform / Product: Good-to-have: React.js, Full Stack Development, AEM Forms/Site, TeamSite, WebLogic Portal, Spring Batch, DevOps, CI/CD, Camel (CXF), JSP
Server/Database: Oracle
Languages & Scripting: Good-to-have: Java, Spring, JavaScript, XML, SQL, CSS, Unix scripting
Operating Systems: HPUX, Linux, Solaris
Other Requirements: Mandatory:
Proven experience managing multiple Agile squads (15+ resources).
Strong understanding and practice of Agile delivery methods (Scrum/Kanban).
Track record of delivering digital banking solutions related to loyalty, engagement, and customer experience.
Optional:
Experience with DevOps practices, pipeline design, and automation.
Skilled in JIRA, Confluence, and related project management tools.
Competent in generating management reports on performance metrics and sprint outcomes.
Previous delivery experience in digital transformation or large-scale platform modernization.
