THE WORK:

  • You'll define the vision and operating model and governance framework for GrowthOps operations.
  • You'll translate the PMO strategy into executable processes, workflows and reporting structures that scale across industries and regions.
  • You'll act as the operational counterpart to the PMO Lead, ensuring strategic priorities are supported with efficient, compliant execution.
  • You'll oversee pursuit intake, triage, governance and compliance checks, ensuring alignment with broader Accenture polices.
  • You'll ensure CRM integrity, accurate tagging and real-time visibility of pipeline data.
  • You'll lead performance reporting, from standard dashboards to executive-level insights enabling strategic decision making and risk management.
  • You'll own content governance for proposal libraries, resumes, project references and capability collateral.
  • You'll establish and manage the GrowthOps operating cadence, including bids & proposal reviews, reporting cycles, approvals and leadership updates.
  • You'll coordinate calendars, milestones and workflow dependencies across industry captains, bids & proposal teams, and supporting functions.
  • You'll maintain a predictable and transparent rhythm so teams know what’s expected and when.
  • You'll lead a team of operational specialists and analysts and content managers.
  • You'll partner with Growth and Enablement, Business Operations, and Proposal teams to ensure seamless workflow integration.
  • You'll build a culture of precision, accountability and collaboration.
  • You'll drive quality assurance for proposal components, ensuring submissions meet compliance and brand standards.
  • You'll lead “lessons learned” reviews and operational post-mortems to capture best practices and address systemic gaps.
  • You'll continuously refine tools, templates and workflows to keep pace with market and internal demands. Integrating automation and AI to drive workflow optimization and efficiency.
  • Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
  • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

  • Minimum fifteen (15) years of experience in operations, PMO, or business management leadership roles, preferably in professional services or complex sales environments

  • Proven success designing and running scalable operational systems
  • Deep CRM and reporting expertise with an analytical mindset - Strong governance, compliance and quality management track record
  • Skilled leader able to manage cross-functional teams and deliver results in complex operating environments
  • Effective team leader with experience managing diverse cross-functional efforts
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

130000 - 250000 USD a year

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
