Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead (Test Lead)
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary: As a Quality Engineering Lead, you will lead a team of quality engineers, guiding them through the complexities of multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. You will develop comprehensive testing strategies, applying your business and functional knowledge to enhance the testing process. By implementing quality processes and methodologies, you will drive quality across the application lifecycle, ensuring that all aspects of testing are executed efficiently and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and knowledge. - Monitor and report on testing progress, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Downstream Retail Technology. - Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing processes. - Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks. - Ability to analyze complex systems and identify areas for improvement. - Familiarity with defect tracking and test management tools. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Downstream Retail Technology. - This position is based at our Hyderabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.15 years full time education
