About the Role

What You’ll Do
As a Workday HCM Analyst, you will support Workday implementation efforts with a focus on configuration rather than coding. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with functional leads and clients to gather, understand, and analyze business requirements.
- Participating in design workshops with clients to gather requirements
- Supporting clients in making key business process decisions.
- Configuring Workday HCM modules based on industry standards and client needs.
- Participating in the design and implementation of Workday HCM solutions.
- Demonstrating configurations through prototyping and testing.
- Applying Workday’s Implementation Methodology on all engagements.
- Providing regular updates to project managers on progress and blockers.
- Sharing Accenture and Workday best practices with clients.
- Participating in Workday certification training and internal knowledge-sharing events.
What We’re Looking For
- Recent graduate in HR, Business, Technology or any related field.
- 0–36 months of professional experience (internships, co-ops, or full-time roles).
- Strong interest in Human Capital Management and cloud-based technologies.
- Exposure to, or coursework in HR systems, business processes, or enterprise software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
