• You'll develop a standardized cost reporting framework to evaluate developers’ construction pricing submissions across project phases.
• You'll review scopes against a demarcation matrix, identifying deviations and their cost impacts.
• You'll align all estimates and reports with the Client’s Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) categories.
• You'll analyze large-scale construction costs using market intelligence and parametric data.
• You'll benchmark developers’ security costs against internal data provided by the Client.
• You'll document all assumptions and exclusions from estimates submitted by developers, A/E teams, GCs, or the Client.
• You'll track design changes between estimate revisions and report associated cost and schedule impacts.
• You'll identify and propose Value Engineering options for Client review.
• You'll collaborate with internal sourcing and commodity teams to ensure estimates reflect current market conditions.
• You'll support program planning and CAPEX forecasting by preparing ROM estimates and contributing to cost modeling tool development.
• Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
