Accenture’s Industry X team is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Professional to drive growth through the sale construction completions, commissioning, start-up and ready for operations services. This role requires a dynamic individual with strong technical and commercial acumen who can act as a trusted advisor to clients, educating them on innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and business outcomes.
As a key member of the Sales Capture Team, you will be responsible for originating and closing opportunities, nurturing strategic relationships, and executing business development initiatives that align with Accenture’s corporate sales and marketing strategy. Success in this role will be measured by your ability to meet or exceed revenue targets while building enduring client partnerships.
The Senior Sales Executive is focused on bringing Industry X Services to the Canadian market and will develop and grow strategic relationships. They are responsible for day-to-day sales campaign management, with emphasis on opportunity qualification, win strategy definition/execution, proposal development, orals presentation, and support of contract negotiations. The successful candidate will apply Accenture's corporate strategies, client service group priorities, and formal sales campaign management processes to secure new contracts and deliver sales that meet or exceed financial goals within acceptable risk parameters.

• Sales: Developing, Validating, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities
• Provides solutions to complex business problems where analysis of situations requires an in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives.
• Interacts with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, which involves negotiating or influencing on significant matters
• Manages large work efforts as an individual contributor at a client or within Accenture.
Qualifications
Here's what you need:

5+ years of experience in service sales within the Manufacturing sector

8+ years of experience in sales for a large Consulting, Technology and/or Outsourcing Services provider

Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired in British Columbia as set forth below.
