Job Description

We are:
Talent & Organization – we help Insurance clients shape the workforce of the future. We use data-driven insights to design organizations that are agile, digital, and people-centric. From underwriting to claims, we partner with insurers to build modern operating models, foster innovation, and cultivate future-ready leaders.

We bring together expertise in talent strategy, organizational design, and cultural transformation to help insurers thrive amid regulatory shifts, evolving risk landscapes, and customer-driven reinvention.

You are:
A transformation and change leader with deep experience in the Insurance industry. You understand that insurers must evolve to remain competitive—adapting to customer expectations, digital innovation, and a changing workforce. You’ve helped carriers and brokers navigate these transitions, and you know how to make change tangible for people at every level.

You combine strategic thinking with hands-on change execution, guiding organizations through complexity with empathy, data, and leadership alignment. Your experience makes you a trusted advisor for clients and a role model for your team.

The work:

  • Help Insurance clients transform their organizations to meet future challenges in customer service, operations, and risk management.

  • Develop comprehensive, people-focused change strategies aligned to strategic priorities such as digital transformation, core platform modernization, or M&A.

  • Translate business direction into integrated change and workforce programs that enhance agility and performance.

  • Design agile change strategies that reshape culture, leadership, and capability for a digital insurance ecosystem.Apply leading practice change methodologies and tools, including:

    • Predictive analytics and change dashboards

    • Engagement and collaboration tools (e.g., Mentimeter, ThinkTank)

    • Experience design using personas and organizational analytics

  • Guide clients through cultural and behavioral shifts that make transformation sustainable.

  • Measure and monitor change adoption and business impact using data-driven insights.

  • Contribute to business development efforts, client relationships, and thought capital in the Insurance space.

  • Build and grow our Talent & Organization practice through research, capability development, and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

Here’s what you need:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, including 3+ years in change management.

  • 5+ years of experience in Insurance (Life, P&C, or Reinsurance).

  • Proven expertise in driving transformational change across large, complex organizations.

  • A University Degree is required for this position.

  • English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.

Bonus points if:

  • You have 5+ years’ experience in three or more of the following areas:

    • Change Analytics

    • Change Tracking and Measurement

    • Design Thinking

    • Change Capability Building

    • Agile or Enterprise Change

  • You’ve led programs in digital underwriting, claims modernization, HR transformation, risk & compliance, or M&A integration.

  • You have experience with digital change tools such as HR automation or workforce analytics.

  • You’ve worked in cross-functional teams across business, operations, and technology domains.
