Talent Strategy and Transformation Change Consultant – FS - Insurance
Job Description
We are:
Talent & Organization – we help Insurance leaders reimagine the workforce and organization for the digital age. Whether it’s modernizing the operating model, integrating new technologies, or transforming the claims and underwriting experience, we partner with insurers to design agile organizations and talent strategies that enable growth, compliance, and customer trust.
We combine data-driven insights with human-centered design to make transformation real—helping carriers, brokers, and reinsurers evolve their culture, build future capabilities, and lead with purpose.
You are:
A consultant with a passion for organizational transformation in the Insurance industry. You understand the pressures of regulatory change, digital disruption, and evolving customer expectations, and you thrive on helping clients navigate this complexity.
You bring strong consulting skills—problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking—alongside expertise in change management, talent strategy, or organization design. You help clients reinvent how their people work, collaborate, and deliver value in a changing risk landscape.
The work:
Support Insurance clients in designing and delivering large-scale transformation programs across customer, risk, HR, technology, and M&A initiatives.
Develop and implement organization design and workforce strategies that enable digital transformation and operational agility.
Apply change management frameworks to drive stakeholder engagement, cultural alignment, and sustained adoption of new ways of working.
Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify key change risks and mitigation strategies.
Partner with business and technology leaders to embed future capabilities in underwriting, claims, distribution, and operations.
Use digital tools and analytics to measure adoption, engagement, and performance outcomes.
Facilitate collaboration across business functions, ensuring alignment between transformation strategy and workforce execution.
Support business development activities, including proposal creation, research, and practice-building efforts within the Insurance sector.
Contribute to the Talent & Organization community by sharing insights, best practices, and innovations.
