You are:

You are a skilled Talend Data Analyst with 2–3 years of experience building and maintaining ETL pipelines while ensuring high-quality, trusted data across the enterprise. You leverage Collibra Data Quality & Observability to monitor data health, diagnose anomalies, and support governance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Talend ETL/ELT jobs to support data pipelines, ingestion, and transformation activities.
  • Use Collibra Data Quality & Observability to profile datasets, build quality rules, monitor data health, and investigate anomalies.
  • Analyze data issues, identify root causes, and work with data owners to implement corrective actions and preventive improvements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to capture data requirements, metadata, and quality expectations.
  • Produce documentation including data flow diagrams, data definitions, lineage details, and quality rule specifications.
  • Support continuous improvement by recommending automation, efficiency enhancements, and better governance practices.
  • This role will require 3 days per week at the local Mississauga office or a client site located in the Greater Toronto Area.

Qualifications

What you need:

  • 2-3 years of demonstrated proficiency with Talend Open Studio or Talend Data Integration, including ETL design and debugging.

  • A bachelor's degree or college program, usually in computer science, computer engineering, or mathematics.

  • Hands-on experience with Collibra Data Quality & Observability, including rule configuration, scoring, and dashboard interpretation.

  • Strong SQL skills for data exploration, profiling, and validation across relational data platforms.

  • Understanding of data modelling concepts, metadata management, and data governance practices.

  • Ability to analyze large datasets, troubleshoot quality issues, and communicate findings clearly to technical and business teams.

Bonus points if you have:

  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and cloud-based data warehousing (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery, etc.).

  • Experience with API integrations or Talend Cloud components.

  • Familiarity with Collibra Data Governance Center (DGC) workflows, domains, and glossaries.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
