THE WORK:
- You'll establish and maintain the project's document numbering and filing systems, ensuring strict adherence to all company, regulatory, and client standards.
- You'll manage the day-to-day processing, control, and distribution of all project documents (drawings, RFIs, reports, etc.) to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- You'll act as the central liaison for document flow, distributing information between project teams and external parties to maintain seamless communication.
- You'll meticulously track and report on all document revisions and design changes, including their impact on cost, schedule, and compliance.
- You'll ensure quality documentation is maintained in organized physical and digital records with proper security and accessibility for audits.
- You'll uphold company document lifecycle procedures and communicate any process changes to the project team.
- You'll support the implementation and improvement of document management systems, including transitions to new platforms.
- You'll train employees on document control procedures and systems to foster compliance and continuous improvement.
- You'll safeguard sensitive information by maintaining strict document confidentiality and robust security measures.
- You'll provide direct support to project managers and teams during audits, regulatory inspections, and project close-out activities.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in document or records management, ideally in construction or life sciences/pharma environments.
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Document Management: Oversee receipt, distribution, and storage of project documents, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (FDA, EMA, GMP, ISO).
- Version Control: Maintain accurate records of document revisions, ensuring obsolete documents are promptly removed from circulation.
- Compliance: Ensure all documentation meets company, client, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate seamless information flow.
- Training: Provide guidance and training to team members on document control procedures and systems.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
