THE WORK:
- You’ll lead the Infrastructure & Capital Projects (I&CP) Americas Financial Systems team, owning the strategy, performance, and governance of all ERP platforms, including Deltek Vantagepoint and related systems.
- You’ll ensure the effective management, integration, and optimization of financial systems to enhance performance, security, scalability, and user experience.
- You’ll serve as the primary point of contact for ERP support, vendor coordination, and strategic partnerships, including direct engagement with Deltek.
- You’ll define and execute the financial systems roadmap, balancing functional needs, technical innovation, compliance obligations, and business growth priorities.
- You’ll maintain the architecture, configuration, and stability of Deltek Vantagepoint and its integrations with systems such as human capital management, applicant tracking, treasury, and payroll ecosystems.
- You’ll lead the safe, responsible, and compliant use of artificial intelligence (AI) within the ERP environment and for data extracted from financial systems.
- You’ll oversee advanced system configurations, customizations, and integrations while ensuring adherence to security protocols and access controls.
- You’ll direct the implementation of new software solutions, deploy and enhance ERP modules, and lead development initiatives across the financial systems landscape.
- You’ll monitor system risk and performance, escalating critical security, data, or compliance issues to senior leadership as appropriate.
- You’ll support a fast-paced, highly acquisitive environment by integrating newly acquired entities into the ERP and ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- You’ll partner with operations and corporate teams to provide system support, user training, and change management to drive adoption and efficiency.
- You’ll oversee the development and maintenance of custom stored procedures and reporting solutions as needed to support business and financial insights.
- You’ll uphold strict confidentiality standards and ensure appropriate access to sensitive financial and organizational data.
- You’ll enable a flexible, remote-friendly work environment while fostering strong in-person collaboration and trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Minimum of 20 years’ experience managing ERP systems—Deltek Vantagepoint or Deltek Vision—and demonstrated expertise in system analysis, support, and security
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Experience working in multi-national organizations that operate with multiple currencies and multiple languages is highly relevant
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data & Analytics, Business, Finance or a related field is highly desirable
- Preferred candidates will have consulting or field experience in digital manufacturing, operations, project management, project controls or engineering, as well as proficiency with Microsoft 365, Microsoft Server environments, and SaaS applications commonly used within Accenture

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio or Washington as set forth below.
