You Are:
An SAP Data Conversion Senior Analyst with strong hands-on experience supporting SAP S/4HANA data migration and conversion activities. You are analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable executing defined data tasks while adhering to strict security, quality, and compliance requirements.
You work well as part of a structured delivery team, can follow established data standards and processes, and are eager to build deeper expertise in SAP data migration within complex transformation programs.
The Work:
Execute SAP S/4HANA data migration and conversion tasks under the guidance of the Data Conversion Lead.
Support data activities across end-to-end processes, including: Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, Acquire to Retire, Design to Sustain, Issue to Complete.
Assist with legacy data analysis, cleansing, transformation, and load preparation.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and defect remediation.
Support mock conversions, test cycles, and cutover preparation activities.
Collaborate with SAP functional teams, developers, and testing resources.
Adhere to established data migration standards, security requirements, and delivery timelines.
This role requires in-office presence in the local ATC office 3 days per week.
Here's what you need:
Bachelor’s degree or completion of a college program in a related discipline
Minimum 2 year of experience supporting SAP data migration or conversion activities, ideally in S/4HANA environments.
Good experience in either loading or ETL tools such as: migration cockpit, LTMC, Syniti ADMM, BODS.
Experience supporting ERP data activities within cross-functional teams.
Must hold Canadian Secret Clearance or be eligible to obtain clearance prior to start.

English is required for this position as this role will be aligned to multi-national teams where English is the common language across our Global Enterprise. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking multi-national teams, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus points if:
Exposure to SAP S/4HANA on-prem implementations.
Experience supporting defense or government clients.
Experience with data reconciliation, mock conversions, or cutover support.
