  • (Internal Title: Project Management I)
    • Support the Signaling Project Management team, providing coordination, reporting, and document control support across Stage Gate delivery and early construction activities.
    • Support action tracking, schedules, and risk registers
    • Assist with Stage Gate documentation and governance materials
    • Coordinate meetings, minutes, and follow‑ups with contractors and consultants
    • Maintain project controls, trackers, and reporting dashboards
    • Support interface management across signalling projects, ETCS, GTCS, and Onboard teams
    • Support the coordination and management of project-related tasks
    • Contribute to the planning and development of projects
    • Perform administrative tasks such as preparing and reviewing invoices, estimates, scheduling meetings, etc.
    • Keep track of and report on project progress
    • Conduct research to support the project team and company operations as needed
    • Complete any tasks assigned by Project Management II or higher in an efficient and timely manner
  • Working Conditions
    • Office-based

  • Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Interest in rail, signaling, or transit infrastructure
  • Previous internship or co‑op experience in infrastructure or construction
  • Exposure to signaling, rail systems, or major capital projects

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn other project management software
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
  • Equipped to work independently and as part of a team

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
