THE WORK:
- You'll lead the planning, execution, governance, and successful delivery of complex capital projects and programs from initiation through closeout.
- You'll manage project controls activities across cost, schedule, forecasting, estimating, progress measurement, risk management, and change control.
- You'll develop and maintain integrated project schedules, execution plans, performance metrics, forecasts, and reporting dashboards to drive informed decision-making.
- You'll facilitate governance meetings, executive reviews, stakeholder workshops, and project communications to ensure alignment across teams and leadership.
- You'll prepare and deliver executive-level reports, presentations, and performance updates that clearly communicate project status, risks, and key decisions.
- You'll partner with engineering, procurement, construction, operations, quality, and contractor teams to optimize project performance and achieve delivery objectives.
- You'll support commissioning, startup, turnover, and operational readiness activities, ensuring seamless project handover and system completion.
- You'll identify project risks, issues, and opportunities while developing mitigation strategies, recovery plans, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- You'll leverage PMIS platforms, digital delivery tools, workflow automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance project execution, forecasting, and reporting.
- You'll contribute to business growth through proposal development, client presentations, solution development, project management best practices, and strategic client engagement.
- Remote: This role allows for remote work for the majority of your work hours.
HERE'S WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, project controls, PMO, commissioning, program management, or capital project delivery
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders across technical, operational, and business functions
- Strong understanding of project management principles, capital project delivery processes, and project lifecycle governance.
- Experience with project controls functions including scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk management, and change control
- Experience supporting commissioning, startup, system turnover, operational readiness, or project closeout activities
- Experience implementing, supporting, or utilizing PMIS platforms and project controls systems. Familiarity with digital project delivery, data analytics, workflow automation, and reporting tools

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in fast-paced project environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations
- PMP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, AACE, CCM, or similar professional certification
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Oracle Unifier, e-Builder, Kahua, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, EcoSys, Power BI, or similar platforms
- Experience supporting PMIS implementations, PMO transformations, or digital project delivery initiatives
- Experience leveraging AI-enabled reporting, forecasting, schedule analysis, or project performance monitoring tools
- Experience working within consulting, owner, EPCM, engineering, construction, infrastructure, manufacturing, energy, utilities, real estate, or industrial environments
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and client-facing engagements

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
