The Work
As an Enterprise AI Tech Support Associate, you'll ensure every interaction on our client's AI platform is seamless, trusted, and compliant. Your day-to-day will include:
Resolving customer support tickets with accuracy, speed, and care — delivering world-class experiences at every touchpoint
Troubleshooting technical issues remotely using internal dashboards and generative AI tools
Identifying patterns and opportunities to improve platform systems, efficiency, and customer outcomes
Collaborating across teams to build and strengthen a shared knowledge base
Staying ahead of emerging AI technologies and continuously leveling up your skills
Schedule: Full-time (35–44 hours/week) | Rotating shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays | Shift premiums apply after 9:00 p.m., 7 days a week
What You'll Bring
Required:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a help desk, technical support, or customer-facing technology role

High School Diploma or equivalent
-
Flexibility to work rotating schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Nice to Have:
-
Experience supporting SaaS or digital platforms
-
Familiarity with SQL, Curl commands, JSON, Domians.

Familiarity with REST APIs, HTTP status codes, JSON, API requests/responses, and API troubleshooting tools.

Experience analyzing error messages, server/application logs, screenshots, and reproduction steps to diagnose technical issues.

Post-secondary education in Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

A genuine interest in AI, machine learning, or trust and safety
