An experienced Delivery Lead with a proven track record of leading and delivering large-scale business and technology transformation programs. You excel at managing complex engagements, building trusted client relationships, and coordinating diverse teams to deliver successful outcomes across multiple technology platforms and business domains.

You bring strong leadership, commercial acumen, and delivery discipline, with the ability to align business objectives, technology capabilities, and operational priorities to create value for clients.

The Work

Depending on the engagement, you will lead Accenture teams, ecosystem partners, and client stakeholders across one or more of the following:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex transformation programs, ensuring alignment with client objectives and business outcomes.

  • Translate business requirements into integrated solutions leveraging Accenture capabilities and strategic technology partners.

  • Mobilize and lead cross-functional teams consisting of Accenture practitioners, client personnel, and third-party vendors.

  • Establish program governance structures, operating models, and stakeholder management frameworks.

  • Own delivery outcomes including scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management.

  • Manage program financials, forecasting, profitability, and commercial performance.

  • Develop and maintain delivery plans, resource strategies, and staffing models.

  • Drive issue resolution, risk mitigation, and dependency management across program workstreams.

  • Revalidate estimates, delivery assumptions, and resource plans throughout the program lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with Accenture delivery methods, quality standards, and risk management policies.

  • Track key delivery metrics and proactively manage program performance.

  • Lead quality assurance reviews and implement corrective actions to achieve successful outcomes.

  • Build trusted relationships with client executives and participate in steering committees, governance forums, and executive reviews.

  • Identify opportunities to expand client relationships through quality delivery and additional business value creation.

  • Support sales and solutioning activities by contributing delivery expertise to proposals, pursuits, and transformation roadmaps.

  • Mentor and develop delivery managers, project managers, and team members to strengthen delivery excellence across the organization.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale business and technology transformation programs.

  • Experience managing complex implementations involving enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, data, digital, or operational transformation initiatives.

  • Demonstrated experience managing program financials, budgets, forecasting, and commercial commitments.

  • Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior client executives.

  • Eligibility for Secret Security Clearance

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering transformation programs within a consulting or professional services environment.

  • Experience managing multi-vendor ecosystems and strategic technology partnerships.

  • Knowledge of agile, hybrid, and waterfall delivery methodologies.

  • Program or project management certifications (PMP, PgMP, Scrum, SAFe, or equivalent).

  • Proven business development and client relationship management experience.

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.


Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time
employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
