THE WORK:
- You’ll serve as the senior Accenture lead for a strategic data center client, with responsibility for client satisfaction, delivery excellence, team performance, financial performance, and account growth.
- You’ll build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders, understand their business and capital priorities, and drive client retention and account expansion through opportunity identification, solution development, proposals, presentations, negotiations, and account planning.
- You’ll oversee complex data center construction programs and provide leadership across project management, construction management, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, commercial management, governance, and reporting.
- You’ll ensure alignment among client stakeholders, project teams, designers, contractors, consultants, and delivery partners throughout the project lifecycle.
- You’ll oversee account and project financial performance including revenue, forecasting, margin, resource planning, commercial performance, and profitability.
- You’ll provide senior guidance across capital planning, procurement, cost management, schedule management, contract management, forecasting, change management, risk management, and project recovery strategies.
- You’ll monitor project and program performance, identify emerging issues, challenge assumptions, and provide clear recommendations and corrective actions to client and Accenture leadership.
- You’ll own and develop the Accenture team supporting the account through workforce planning, recruitment, mentoring, training, performance management, succession planning, and capability development.
- You’ll promote consistent delivery standards, quality assurance, governance, key performance indicators, and continuous improvement across the account.
- You’ll promote digital project delivery through project controls digitalization, PMIS, integrated data, dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and AI enabled solutions.
- You’ll coordinate with broader Accenture capabilities to develop new solutions and expand our role across the client’s data center and capital investment portfolio.
- You’ll represent Accenture as a senior advisor to the client and help strengthen our position as a long term strategic partner.
- Hybrid Work: This role is primarily remote. Travel to client offices, project sites, and Accenture locations will be required only as needed to support client relationships, project delivery, team leadership, and business development.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
- Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery
- Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects within data centers or comparable environments such as high tech, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, mission critical facilities, or similar technically complex industries
- Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and senior project professionals
- Demonstrated success managing senior client relationships and serving as a trusted advisor
- Experience managing project and account financial performance, resource planning, commercial performance, delivery quality, business development, and account growth
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Direct experience leading owner side delivery for large scale data center construction programs or multiple major technically complex capital projects
- Experience owning or growing a strategic client account and expanding services across a capital portfolio • Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, PMO, project governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, commercial management, and executive reporting
- Experience developing governance models, project controls standards, reporting processes, KPIs, procedures, and assurance programs
- Experience with capital planning, procurement, contracting strategies, construction contracts, value engineering, cost optimization, and commercial negotiations
- Experience with project controls digitalization, PMIS implementation, integrated data environments, dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and AI
- Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, or similar project delivery platforms
- Strong leadership, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and decision making skills
- Professional credentials such as PMP, PE, CCM, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent are preferred

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in Illinois, Maine, Minnesota, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, Ohio, Virginia or Washington as set forth below.
