- (Internal Title: Project Controls Specialist)
- Provide temporary, term, or specialized Project Controls resources at junior, intermediate, senior, lead, and advisory levels to support project delivery, governance, reporting, administration, assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Provide commercial management, contract administration, and commercial advisory services including procurement support, contract governance, contract
administration, commercial evaluations, contract negotiations, amendment and change order management, claims and dispute resolution support, invoice and contractual compliance reviews, commitment and obligation tracking, reporting, and contract closeout activities. - Support project execution team on cost, time, schedule, change management and reporting for successful project executions
- Develop a plan for integrated Project Controls including scope, cost, schedule and progress of assigned projects based on industry best practices and client’s requirements
- Review and analyze project information and provide guidance to project execution team on the project health
- Prepare and review project controls deliverables with Project Managers and Engineers
- Follow procedures for consistency and predictability, and escalate any improvement of deficiency on the process or procedures
- Establish the resources and organization (skills, manpower, list of tools and procedures applicable, communications) needed to achieve the control strategy to ensure the consistent implementation of the Project Control System for all projects
- Establish the overall Project Breakdown Structure to meet all control requirements and ensure that cost control and scheduling systems are compatible
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned
- Provide temporary, term, or specialized Project Controls resources at junior, intermediate, senior, lead, and advisory levels to support project delivery, governance, reporting, administration, assurance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Working Conditions
- Office-based (4 days in Office)
- Must have a minimum 5+ years of experience in a similar capacity in a rail transit program or a large capital infrastructure program
- Must have a Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or Finance
- Comprehensive knowledge of practices and procedures involved in project controls, with proven experience
- In-depth experience in computer-based scheduling systems (Primavera P6 and MS Project)
- Must have a solid understanding of core project control concepts (WBS, RBS, CBS, CPM based scheduling, Earned Value Measurement)
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills along with excellent business and technical writing skills
- Proven team player with the skills and ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.

The base pay range shown below is intended as a guideline to reflect the majority of offers for this role. It does not represent a maximum limit — in some cases, actual compensation may exceed the range where appropriate.
