THE WORK:
You’ll serve as a senior lead for major client accounts or a portfolio of projects, ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.
You’ll drive client retention, account expansion, and business development to support overall growth.
You’ll lead client presentations, negotiations, and the development and management of fee proposals.
You’ll identify and capitalize on new opportunities to grow the Infrastructure & Capital Projects service offering.
You’ll oversee financial performance including revenue tracking, margin analysis, accounts receivable, and forecasting to ensure profitability.
You’ll lead cost control strategies and provide expert guidance in capital planning, procurement, commercial management, and risk mitigation.
You’ll deliver value engineering and cost saving recommendations that maintain quality and performance standards.
You’ll manage and develop a high performing team through effective recruitment, mentoring, and training initiatives.
You’ll lead internal QA and QC reviews, post project evaluations, and continuous improvement efforts to enhance quality and process efficiency.
You’ll champion operational excellence by monitoring KPIs and optimizing processes to improve performance.
You’ll represent Accenture at industry events and act as a senior advisor, reinforcing the company’s brand reputation and leadership.
- Hybrid Work: This role is primarily remote. Travel to client offices, project sites, and Accenture locations will be required only as needed to support client relationships, project delivery, team leadership, and business development.
HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL NEED:
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Minimum 12 years of progressive experience in construction management, project management, project controls, cost management, or major capital project delivery, including at least 3 years in a leadership capacity
Significant experience delivering large and complex capital projects within data centers or comparable environments such as high tech, semiconductor, life sciences, advanced manufacturing, mission critical facilities, or similar technically complex industries
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams and project professionals
Demonstrated success managing client relationships and engaging senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor
Experience managing project financial performance, resource planning, commercial performance, and delivery quality, with responsibility for supporting business development and account growth
BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:
- Direct experience leading owner side delivery for large scale data center construction programs or multiple major technically complex capital projects
- Experience owning or growing a strategic client account and expanding services across a capital portfolio • Strong knowledge of project management, construction management, PMO, project governance, project controls, cost, schedule, risk, change, commercial management, and executive reporting
- Experience developing governance models, project controls standards, reporting processes, KPIs, procedures, and assurance programs
- Experience with capital planning, procurement, contracting strategies, construction contracts, value engineering, cost optimization, and commercial negotiations
- Experience with project controls digitalization, PMIS implementation, integrated data environments, dashboards, analytics, workflow automation, and AI
- Experience with Primavera P6, Oracle Unifier, EcoSys, Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Power BI, or similar project delivery platforms
- Strong leadership, client relationship management, communication, negotiation, facilitation, and decision making skills
- Professional credentials such as PMP, PE, CCM, AACE CCP, PSP, MRICS, or equivalent are preferred

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
