You are

A hands-on mobile engineering leader who can own a mobile workstream from technical design through production delivery. You combine deep engineering judgment with team leadership, client communication, and practical delivery management across native and cross-platform ecosystems. You make sound technical decisions when there is no obvious answer and help the engineers around you deliver at a consistently high standard.

The work

• Lead mobile engineering teams across iOS, Android, and cross-platform delivery while remaining hands-on where needed.
• Own technical design, engineering quality, and delivery outcomes for one or more mobile workstreams.
• Define and evolve mobile architecture, development standards, reusable patterns, and engineering guardrails.
• Translate product, experience, security, and business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Partner with product managers, designers, architects, API teams, quality engineers, security teams, and client stakeholders.
• Plan and manage engineering delivery, including estimates, scope, dependencies, risks, release readiness, and technical issue resolution.
• Lead design reviews and code reviews to ensure security, accessibility, performance, testability, maintainability, and platform compliance.
• Coach developers, delegate effectively, provide actionable feedback, and create a high-performing engineering environment.
• Drive CI/CD, automated testing, observability, DevSecOps, and responsible use of AI-assisted engineering tools.
• Support client workshops, technical proposals, staffing plans, estimates, and pursuit solutioning.

Here's what you'll need

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, including significant mobile application development experience.

• 2+ years of experience leading developers and managing delivery commitments for client or enterprise programs.

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in native iOS with Swift or Android with Kotlin, or strong delivery experience with React Native, Flutter, or Kotlin Multiplatform.

• Experience defining mobile architecture and integrating applications with RESTful APIs, identity platforms, analytics, notifications, and backend services.

• Experience with mobile CI/CD, automated testing, application signing, release management, and production support.

• Experience using AI-assisted development tools within the software development lifecycle, with sound judgment for review, testing, security, and quality.

Bonus points if

• Experience delivering mobile products in regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, utilities, or public sector.
• Experience with SwiftUI, Jetpack Compose, mobile security, secure storage, authentication, privacy, accessibility, or application performance monitoring.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and modern API or event-driven architectures.
• Experience leading distributed or global delivery teams.
• Experience estimating work, shaping solutions, and supporting client proposals or pursuits.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.

• Ability to make pragmatic technical decisions, explain trade-offs, and resolve ambiguity.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location,
role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation, based on full-time employment, for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
