You've Never Been Satisfied with “Good Enough.”

You didn't get into this to manage one piece of a project. You got into it to change how the world gets built.

At Accenture Construct, that's the job. You'll help deliver the data centers, power grids, rail networks, factories and public infrastructure that keep communities moving — smarter, safer and more sustainably.

You'll work alongside people who think big and act bold: project managers, engineers, technologists and strategists who pair real-world delivery with AI. And you won't be handed a slice of it. We take on whole programs, from early strategy through construction and handover, and we stand behind how they land.

Because “good enough” builds the past. You're here to build what's next

  • (Internal Title: CAD IV)
    • Manage the day-to-day delivery of program-specific GIS solutions and the workload of a small GIS team, including prioritization, assignment of work, coaching, and quality review.
    • Personally perform a substantial portion of the GIS delivery work, including spatial analysis, data preparation, map and application development, ETL/automation, integrations, publishing, testing, troubleshooting, and data-quality activities.
    • Supervise and mentor GIS Specialists and Technicians while working alongside them on technical deliverables and resolving delivery issues.
    • Work with program stakeholders to understand delivery needs, clarify requirements, and translate them into practical geospatial products and workflows.
    • Apply program GIS standards, metadata requirements, QA/QC controls, and data-management practices, and perform or review spatial validation, analysis, geoprocessing, and issue resolution.
    • Configure, administer, develop, and maintain ArcGIS Enterprise/Online/Pro solutions, enterprise geodatabases, web maps, dashboards, Experience Builder applications, Survey123, Field Maps, and related GIS products.
    • Design and implement program-level GIS solutions and integrations, coordinating with the Senior Manager and enterprise technology teams where architecture, security, environment, or platform decisions extend beyond the team.
    • Design, build, and maintain spatial-data integration and ETL workflows using tools such as FME, Python/ArcPy, SQL, APIs, and ModelBuilder.
    • Integrate CAD, BIM, survey, field-collected, tabular, and other project information into GIS environments and ensure that spatial data is usable for program reporting and decision support.
    • Maintain practical documentation, repeatable workflows, onboarding procedures, and training materials while managing near-term schedules, workload, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
    • Complete any tasks assigned by the Supervisor in an efficient and timely manner
  • Working Conditions
    • Office-based
    • With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs
  • Post-secondary degree, diploma, certificate, or equivalent credential with a formal educational background in GIS, geomatics, geographic information science, or a program with a substantial GIS specialization.
  • 10+ years of professional GIS experience, preferably within infrastructure, transportation, utilities, engineering, construction, municipal, or other complex enterprise environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supervising, mentoring, or coordinating a small GIS delivery team while remaining directly involved in hands-on technical work.
  • Strong recent hands-on experience with ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, enterprise geodatabases/ArcSDE, FME, Python/ArcPy, SQL, spatial analysis, and GIS QA/QC, with the ability and willingness to personally build and troubleshoot solutions.
  • Experience personally designing, building, and maintaining automated GIS data-integration and transformation workflows using FME, Python/ArcPy, SQL, APIs, or similar tools.
  • Strong understanding of spatial data architecture, coordinate systems, georeferencing, topology, metadata, and data-quality principles.
  • Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills, with experience translating project delivery requirements into working GIS products, workflows, and technical tasks

BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience supporting rail, transit, linear infrastructure, utilities, or major capital projects.
  • Experience with CAD/BIM/GIS integration, including AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MicroStation, or Revit.
  • Experience with linear referencing, network datasets, field data collection, or infrastructure asset information.
  • Experience with Azure, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Power Platform, or enterprise data platforms.
  • PMP or similar project-management certification.
  • Previous experience working in a consulting or multi-stakeholder project-delivery environment.
  • Expert competency in reading and understanding plans, design sketches, and drawings
  • Sound experience in the management of a geomatics team
  • Adept at tailoring information for different audiences through presentations, reports, and other means
  • Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership
  • Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities
  • Must have demonstrated experience relaying and receiving information (written and verbal)
  • Adept at working collaboratively in a structured, disciplined, technology-driven environment with sound skills in providing direction to a team working in this environment

WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU

  • The biggest builds going. Hyperscale data centers, grid and generation, transit and rail, chip fabs, mines, water. If it's complex and it matters, it's on our list.
  • You own the outcome. Not a workstream. Not a deliverable. Whether the program lands.
  • AI that shows up on site. Program control that predicts instead of records. You'll use it, and you'll help shape it.
  • Scale without the distance. More than 5,000 practitioners across the Americas, EMEA and APAC, on a team small enough that people know your name.
  • Serious investment in you. Leadership development, technical upskilling and certification support.
  • Work that outlasts you. People will use what you build for forty years without knowing your name. That's the point.
  • Recognition that means something in this industry. Accenture Construct is ranked #6 globally in ENR's 2026 Top 50 Program Management Firms and #4 in Building Design + Construction's Top 80 Construction Management Firms for 2026.
