- (Internal title: Human Resources Coordinator)
- Support the People & Culture department in the areas of employee benefits, employee compensation administration, policies or procedures execution and compliance, document management, employee engagement activities, and other administration.
- Coordinate and provide employee support throughout full onboarding cycle and assist with facilitation of orientation.
- Liaise with the Accounting and Payroll departments to provide accurate and timely employee status updates, and support project time reporting.
- Administration of corporate benefit and pension plans.
- Address and resolve routine employee inquiries.
- Manage and update confidential employee files, provide support in ensuring compliance with applicable laws, corporate policies, and audit requirements.
- Update and maintain confidential data in the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and other related HR systems.
- Draft HR documentation such as offer letters, position, and salary changes, etc.
- Provide support to various HR projects and initiatives.
- Document and maintain HR processes and procedures.
- Support preparation of HR reports.
- Complete any tasks as assigned in an efficient and timely manner.
- WORKING CONDITIONS
- Hybrid (split between Richmond Hill and Toronto offices).
- With all our roles, there is some in-person time for collaboration, learning and building relationships with clients, peers, leaders and communities. As an employer, we will be as flexible as possible to support your specific work/life needs.
- Related HR education and experience.
- Working towards a post-secondary degree, diploma, or certificate in Human Resources.

- Intermediate to advanced Office 365 skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and professionalism.
- Self-starter, enthusiastic, and willing to learn.
- Proven ability to deal with sensitive situations and confidential information.
- Desire and willingness to fulfill a broad spectrum of corporate responsibilities.
- Ability to arrange priorities and escalate competing risks to meet deadlines with minimum input from leadership.
- Keen eye for detail and adept problem-solving abilities with a track record for meeting deadlines.
