RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in the design, deployment, and integration of ServiceNow SPM modules for our clients.
- Contribute to project planning.
- Facilitate product demonstrations and requirements gathering workshops.
- Gather and analyze client business needs and ensure their communication to fellow project team members.
- Identify process improvement areas and document the client's future state business process in the Process Guide deliverable.
- Collaborate with project team members to recommend solutions that minimize technical debt while meeting client needs.
- Document user stories with detailed functional acceptance criteria.
- Assist in backlog prioritization and test plan definition.
- Demonstrate developed solutions to stakeholders and obtain and manage feedback.
- Conduct train-the-trainer and knowledge transfer sessions.
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years as a ServiceNow business process consultant.
- 10+ years experience as a business analyst.
- Thorough understanding of Strategic Portfolio Management processes.
- Ability to persuade a customer to follow ServiceNow best practices.
- Proficiency in process analysis and complex workflow design.
- Ability to clearly express user needs, both orally and in writing as user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Experienced in writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Analytical, detail-oriented, customer satisfaction and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrates leadership, providing firm and clear perspectives with confidence while remaining flexible.
- Possesses a positive and professional attitude.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum (asset).
Training and Certifications:
- University degree in information technology or equivalent.
- Certified CSA & CIS-SPM. All other certifications will be considered an asset.
- ITIL V3 or V4 certification (asset).
