Summary

The System and Process Integration Manager is a key role within the Bell Business Markets Professional Services team. He/She is responsible for overseeing the integration of processes and technologies between three organizations as part of a mass equipment deployment program. He/She ensures that the integration of processes and systems between the field deployment team, the customer contact center, and the end client enables efficient industrial execution of the deployment. He/She will also be responsible for the evolution of processes and systems to exceed established performance objectives and ensure compliance with quality standards, technical specifications, and regulations, in a spirit of continuous improvement. He/She is responsible for prioritizing initiatives and developing business justifications for them.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather information related to the client’s expressed needs.
  • Develop technical recommendations.
  • Estimate the engineering, implementation, and equipment efforts required to deliver the solutions.
  • Draft statements of work, including scope, costs, working assumptions, and risks.
  • Design detailed engineering for network and unified communications solutions based on the client’s service catalog.
  • Produce and update solution diagrams and technical specifications for installation and configuration activities.
  • Write client recommendations, ensuring document quality, timely delivery, and compliance with client standards.
  • Work directly with client technical leads, Bell technical teams, client service operators, and certain end users to successfully deliver technical solutions according to project timelines and expectations.
  • Support the implementation of solutions during complex/critical changes.
  • Contribute to improving solution design and delivery processes.

Critical Qualifications

  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in the telecommunications field.
  • Knowledge of LAN, Wireless LAN (WLAN), routing, WAN, SD-WAN, security, and IP VPN (MPLS) services.
  • Experience in designing customer solutions.
  • Knowledge of Cisco products.
  • Knowledge of Aruba Wi‑Fi products.
  • Experience in data transmission network projects.
  • Strong writing, presentation, and communication skills in French.
  • Ability to act as a solutions integrator across multiple technologies.
  • Ability to coordinate the activities of other technical resources, particularly for installation and production deployment, and to work collaboratively.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proactive, with the ability to maintain an end‑to‑end view of mandates and solutions, including timelines, effort, and costs.
  • Ownership of results, ability to learn and adapt quickly, and deliver on time and within budget.
  • Comfortable following rigorous change management and design processes.
  • Ability to work independently in ambiguous environments and deliver with minimal supervision.

Adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
