Position Summary | The BCIT Foundation is seeking a temporary, full-time (1.0 FTE) Manager, Advancement Systems.The Manager, Advancement Systems is responsible for the overall vision and strategy for systems within Advancement, particularly the Raiser’s Edge (RE) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) fundraising system. This position works with the Development and Alumni Relations teams to ensure current and future data needs are met. The Manager assesses and analyzes data quality and tools to provide recommendations for system usage and reporting, establishes user training programs and documentation materials, and supports efforts to improve performance of fundraising initiatives. Additional responsibilities include designing and implementing data quality reviews and best practice policies and procedures to ensure that systems operations and data quality are maintained. |
