| Position Summary | BCIT’s Human Resources team is seeking a temporary full-time (1.0 FTE) Human Resources Business Partner. As a strategic and trusted partner, the HR Business Partner will provide HR advisory, coaching, and consultation services that address all aspects of effective people management practices. This position builds strategic, collaborative partnerships with business leaders in designated client groups; engages in development and delivery of a wide range of employee programs, and provides expertise in recruitment processes. In addition, the HR Business Partner promotes an effective employee/labour environment through proactive and collaborative discussions and problem-solving; and helps client groups design and implement work processes to achieve school/department’s outcomes. |
