| Position Summary | BCIT’s School of Construction and the Environment is seeking a regular Faculty, Architectural Science to join the Bachelor of Architectural Science program beginning in Fall 2026. The successful candidate will teach and contribute to the ongoing development of courses, primarily in the third and fourth years of the degree program and may also play a role in shaping BCIT’s future Bachelor of Architecture. We are seeking an educator and practitioner who brings substantial professional experience, a commitment to teaching excellence, and a forward-looking perspective on the evolving role of architecture in society. The ideal candidate will integrate industry expertise with innovative, sustainable, and ethical design practices while preparing graduates to address the environmental, social, and technological challenges shaping the future of the built environment. This posting seeks applications for one (1) Regular, full-time (1.0 FTE) Faculty position, with flexibility to hire one full-time (1.0 FTE) faculty member or two part-time (0.5 FTE) faculty members. |
