Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Facilitate committees and workshops involving stakeholders from different sectors to understand business scenarios/problems
- Analyze (feasibility, impacts, processes) and communicate results to stakeholders
- Analyze, document and prioritize different types of requirements and business needs
- Identify, analyze and document current processes, then propose, confirm and disseminate target processes using recognized modeling techniques
- Develop communication deliverables to support a common understanding of the issues and promote stakeholder mobilization
- Actively participate in defining test strategies and scenarios, and participate in testing with the project team

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- 5 to 7 years related experience or in a similar position
- Knowledge of JIRA/Tempo/Confluence
- Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Visio, Sharepoint, Teams)
- Knowledge of the IT ecosystem in the Wealth Management & Financial Markets sectors (Asset)
- Knowledge of Agile methodology (Scrum and Kanban)
- Mastery of organizational process analysis methods
- Very good knowledge of the French language and good knowledge of English *.

Location: Montreal, hybrid 2 to 3 days per week in the office.

*Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role requiring interaction with national and global customers.
