Position Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced FortiSIEM Developer to join our cybersecurity team. The ideal candidate will have 6–8 years of hands-on experience in Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), with a strong focus on FortiSIEM and a solid understanding of PCI DSS controls. This role requires someone who can manage, configure, and optimize FortiSIEM environments to enhance the security posture.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• Administer, configure, and manage FortiSIEM infrastructure.
• Onboard and integrate applications and systems into FortiSIEM.
• Develop and fine-tune correlation rules, alerts, and dashboards.
• Create and maintain custom reports and use cases for security monitoring.
• Integrate FortiSIEM with the broader network and security landscape.
• Ensure compliance with PCI DSS and other relevant security standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support incident detection and response.
• Provide technical guidance and documentation for FortiSIEM processes and configurations.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• 6–8 years of experience in SIEM, with at least 3+ years in FortiSIEM.
• Strong understanding of FortiSIEM architecture, deployment, and administration.
• Proven experience in rule creation, alert tuning, and use case development.
• Familiarity with PCI DSS controls and their implementation within SIEM.
• Ability to navigate and troubleshoot within FortiSIEM environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
