Position Description:

As part of strengthening our Microsoft Dynamics 365 team, CGI in Montreal is seeking a motivated and passionate ERP Functional Analyst. You will play a key role in the digital transformation of our clients by translating business needs into concrete solutions using Business Central.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

- Participate in business needs analysis workshops (finance, logistics, maintenance).
- Write functional specifications and document business processes.
- Configure Business Central modules based on client requirements.
- Coordinate functional testing and validation with users.
- Prepare and deliver training for internal teams and clients.
- Provide post-deployment support and assist with ongoing solution improvements.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

- Reside in the province of Quebec.
- Already legally authorized to work in Canada.
- Bilingual: Comfortable communicating in both French and English.
- Minimum 3 years of experience with MS Dynamics 365 Business Central (or NAV).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in functional analysis.
- Strong understanding of financial or logistics processes.
- Proficient with Teams, Jira, and Confluence tools.
- Experience working in Agile environments / Release Management.
- Strong communication, simplification, and client workshop facilitation skills.
