Position Description:

This role is hybrid and requires you to be at our downtown Toronto (250 Yonge St, Toronto) and/or Client office (Downtwon) at a minimum 3 days per week - subject to change at any time.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must Have Skills:
• Self-starter with the ability to break down assignments and follow through with minimal guidance.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to generate high-quality product (low re-work/errors).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong Data Analysis and Data Manipulation Skills.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office tools including Excel and Access.
• Ņ years’ experience working as a Business Analyst supporting the technology delivery, with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Data Analysis capacity.
• Proficient experience with Software Development LifeCycle process, Iterative Waterfall and IT terms and methods.
• Strong SQL skills, ability to create and run SQLs on databases in order to retrieve and compare data for gap analysis
• Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
• Ability to guide and recommend solutions based on the analysis


Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience with Governance, risk, compliance programs and AML areas.
- Experience at a large banking or financial services organization
