Position Description:

Our client, a major player in the industrial and manufacturing sector, is undertaking a strategic digital transformation initiative aimed at modernizing and optimizing the integration of its critical business systems. In a context of technological evolution and operational innovation, the organization is seeking to implement a robust, secure, and scalable integration architecture to support large-scale operations.

The systems to be integrated include:
• Dynamics 365 CRM (Cloud)
• IBM Maximo (On-Premise)
• ThermoFisher SampleManager / LIMS
We are seeking an Integration Solutions Architect specialized in Azure Integration Services, capable of defining the target architecture, establishing integration governance, formalizing integration patterns, and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation.

Key Responsibilities
• Define the target integration architecture
• Design a hybrid architecture (Cloud / On-Premise)
• Identify and implement appropriate integration patterns (API-led, event-driven, messaging, pub/sub, etc.)
• Establish integration governance practices
• Define and harmonize data models exchanged across systems
• Ensure security, traceability, resilience, and performance of integrations
• Propose a forward-looking vision to enable:
o Operational optimization
o Advanced data utilization
o Integration of AI-driven solutions

Requirements
• Strong experience with Azure Integration Services, including:
o API Management
o Logic Apps
o Azure Functions
o Azure Service Bus
o Event Grid
o Azure DevOps
• Proven experience in solution and application architecture
• Solid knowledge of modern integration patterns
• Experience working in hybrid environments (Cloud + On-Premise)
• Bilingualism required (French and English, both written and spoken) due to frequent collaboration with multidisciplinary and international teams

Assets
• Experience in the manufacturing or industrial sector
• Data governance, MDM, and data quality expertise
• Data & AI architecture experience (Azure ML, Cognitive Services, Microsoft Fabric)
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 and/or IBM Maximo
