Our benefits include a share purchase program, profit sharing, wellness credits, training and development programs, and flexible work schedules and locations.

These are exciting times at CGI, and we are looking for experienced professionals to innovate with us. If you thrive in environments where you can delight clients by delivering scalable, secure, and future-ready solutions to complex technical challenges, we want to hear from you!

Our BC offices are building another new team! This exciting initiative will bring together highly skilled data scientists, architects and developers to deliver an innovative solution to a client in the Public sector. We are seeking an experienced Agile Project Lead to work with this team.

As an Agile Project Lead, you’ll operate at the center of a dynamic, forward‑thinking environment where talented engineers, designers, and product experts come together to build impactful solutions. You will guide cross‑functional Agile teams, streamline delivery, and help shape how ideas move from concept to reality. This role is perfect for someone who excels in fast-paced settings, influences without authority, and brings clarity and momentum to complex, evolving initiatives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and influential—capable of guiding teams without direct authority, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring business value is delivered iteratively.

Cross-Functional Influence & Leadership

  • Drive consensus among diverse stakeholders with varying perspectives and priorities
  • Influence without authority—guiding decision-making through data, facilitation, and relationship building
  • Act as a bridge between business, product, and technical teams
  • Support change management activities to ensure smooth adoption of new solutions and processes
