About the opportunity
Dayforce is looking for a new Sr. Creative Director of Digital Storytelling. You will be the key lead in defining the Dayforce creative multi-media architecture, vision, and strategy through digital storytelling. You will work closely with our internal teams and external partners to identify new campaigns and opportunities, while consistently driving best-in-class creative. You will be responsible for all aspects of multi-media production, including concepting, scriptwriting, filming, and post-production. This position will play a critical leadership role in articulating the creative go-to-market video blueprint at Dayforce. The ideal candidate is an out-of-the-box thinker who is ready to inspire the organization to adopt new creative opportunities while anticipating trends.
What you’ll get to do
- Develop, define, and budget multi-channel creative campaign strategies and storylines for multi-media content
- Provide thought leadership in innovation—offering new solutions, methods, and approaches in the world of generative AI
- Oversee all aspects of multi-media asset production from beginning to end
- Collaborate with cross functional marketing leads to create and produce engaging visual content
- Manage and provide creative direction to multiple external agencies, vendors, and freelancers, as well as collaborate with our in-house creative team
- Take a data-driven approach to creative campaign strategy, focusing investments on the most impactful outcomes and specific KPIs
- Lead and oversee execution and optimization of campaigns with a focus on continuous learning to refine and elevate our creative strategies
- Create strategic roadmaps that are prioritized based on business objectives and organizational feasibility
Skills and experience we value
- Expert at storytelling
- 10+ years managing campaigns at an advertising/marketing agency and/or in-house fast-paced business
- 10+ years deep knowledge of narrative production, event production, broadcast, video editorial, copywriting, motion graphics, social media optimization, and associated modern technologies and workflows
- Ability to accurately scope pre-production, production, and post-production timelines and budgets per creative approaches
- Strong analytical skills and comfort in reviewing and analyzing business performance metrics with the ability to pivot when the data tells you
