Global Sales & Solution Center – Microsoft Operations Lead (In Country – U.S. Local)
The Deloitte Microsoft Technology Services Practice is looking to fill the role for a Senior Consultant level resource to join the Global Sales and Solution Center. The Microsoft GSSC resource is a full-time role. The role will consist of working as part of a rotational group of architects, engineers and developers supporting a team comprised of individuals from both Global Member Firms and a USI Shared services Team. The resource should have a primary skillset as defined in the table below and 2-several secondary skillsets. Experience working with internal practices at Deloitte is preferred. The GSSC will be responsible for coordinating with multiple groups to accelerate the capability development of the overall Microsoft practice and provide a central support hub for within the U.S. and Globally.

GSSC Shared Services / Ops Job Description Data Engineering Role
Primary Responsiblites
Contribute to implementation of various GSSC initiatives.
Be open to learning new technology stacks and work on activities across multiple streams, which can potentially involve Operational support, Infrastructure setup, modern workplace, DevOps pipelines, Full stack implementation, dashboard implementation, etc.
Following defined agile processes during implementation
Contribute to ideation and identification of potential initiatives which can be included within the GSSC roadmap.
Required and complimentary competencies
Expectation is for the practitioner to have in-depth knowledge of the required competency defined and cursory or expected knowledge in the complimentary competencies.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Azure Administration
- 5+ years of Azure Paas Services
- 5+ years of Operations & Support experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft O365 administration
- 5+ years of Azure DevOps (ADO) experience
- 5+ years of GitHub Enterprise experience
- 5+ years of Microsoft EA / VLSC portal experience
- 5+ years of Agile / sAFE experience

- CI / CD pipelines using Azure DevOps experience

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $124,950-$208,250.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
