Your scope of duties:

  • Design and implement performance testing strategies (load, stress, endurance, scalability).
  • Develop test scripts using tools like JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, or k6.
  • Monitor system metrics using tools like Dynatrace, DataDog, Azure Monitor, or Grafana.
  • Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to development and operations teams.
  • Collaborate with architects and developers to optimize application performance.
  • Define performance benchmarks and SLAs.
  • Automate performance testing in CI/CD pipelines.

Our requirements:

  • Knowledge of Performance Testing Tools: JMeter, LoadRunner, k6, Gatling
  • Knowledge of Monitoring & APM: Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, DataDog, Grafana
  • Knowledge of Cloud Platforms: Azure, AWS, GCP
  • Knowledge of Scripting & Programming: Python, Java, Bash, PowerShell
  • Knowledge of Protocols & Technologies: HTTP/S, WebSocket, Kafka, REST, SOAP
  • Knowledge of CI/CD Integration: Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Root cause analysis, profiling, and tuning
  • Communication: Ability to present findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders
